These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 357pk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://357pk.cam. By accessing, registering on, or using 357pk in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
357pk is an English-language online betting and live casino platform designed for Pakistani users. The platform offers sports betting — including cricket, football and other global sports — live dealer casino games, video slots and instant-win game formats. All accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

357pk reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, address and payment methods at any time. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address and, where applicable, evidence of the source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 357pk will not be liable for losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the 357pk support team. Closure requests are processed subject to any outstanding wagering or withdrawal requirements. 357pk may also close accounts at its discretion in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, inactivity or other circumstances described in these Terms.
Deposits may be made using the payment methods listed in the 357pk cashier at the time of transaction. The availability of specific payment methods — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer and cryptocurrency options — may change without prior notice. Payment method names are referenced for user familiarity and do not imply endorsement or support for gambling by any of those providers. Users must independently verify whether their payment provider permits transactions with gambling platforms.
All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. 357pk does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposits must be made from accounts or instruments held in the User's own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Only real-money funds — not unused bonus funds — are eligible for withdrawal unless bonus terms expressly state otherwise. Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected and are subject to standard banking and provider processing windows outside 357pk's control.
357pk reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to authorising any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to accounts held in the User's own name. 357pk reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or breach of these Terms.
Account balances and transactions are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. 357pk is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of any subsequent withdrawal or conversion.
357pk may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to individual promotion terms which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
357pk reserves the right to withdraw bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals and suspend or permanently close accounts where it reasonably believes a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses; using automated software to exploit bonus offers; engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements; and sharing bonus funds between accounts.
All bets placed on 357pk are subject to these Terms and any sport-specific, game-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 357pk and constitute material breach of these Terms:
Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, 357pk may immediately suspend account access, void relevant bets or transactions, withhold funds pending investigation and permanently close the account. Legal action may be pursued where applicable.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit the reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, reverse engineering, scraping or commercial exploitation of any Platform content or systems.
Any unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose the User to legal liability.

The collection, processing and storage of User personal data by 357pk is governed by the 357pk Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at https://357pk.cam/privacy-policy.
By registering on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Personal data submitted during registration and subsequent account activity is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support and, where you have provided consent, marketing communications.
357pk does not sell User personal data to third parties for external marketing purposes. Data sharing with third-party service providers (including payment processors and KYC verification services) is limited to what is necessary for the delivery of Platform services and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.
357pk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 357pk will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Users via the Platform (for example, through a notice displayed upon login or a notification to the registered email address).
The effective date of the current Terms is displayed in the "Last Updated" reference at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
357pk may suspend, restrict or permanently close a User's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
In the event of account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable fees, withheld funds and voided transactions will be returned to the User via a supported payment method, subject to KYC completion and confirmation that the funds are not subject to any withholding obligation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
